Need to verify my MDMT 1

What is the MDMT of this vessel?

Material SA 516 Gr. 60N, internally-lined with SS 304L (83+5=88mm thickness). Vessel was PWHT. Sour service. Vessel was constructed according to ASME VIII Division 2.

Pdesign=85 barG/FV, Tdesign=85 degC. Full RT.

I got -48 degC, from a short reading of UCS-66.

Anyone care to verify this?

Firstly, try looking at Div 2, Article M2 instead of Div 1 and, secondly, look at the Charpy test temperature on the materials certificate and the welding procedure qualification record. If there is no Charpy test data look at AM-218.1.
