Need your help to install work on abaqus

Dear friends
I am new here. Please i need your help. I am trying to install Abaqus 6.14 in my computer. I have window 7.
I succeeded to install it but i can not access to workbench. I get the following message :
Abaqus Error: Abaqus/CAE Kernel exited with an error.
