Nelson Farrar refinery cost index 2005 or 01.2006 2

hello;

I'm looking for the Nelson Farrar refinery cost index 2005 or January 2006. And second question I heard that there are dedicated Nelson Farrar indexes for:
carbon steel exchangers
pumps and compressors
tanks and vessels
Is it true? Where should I search it?

As of Sep 2005,
Refinery index 1941.7
Heat exchangers 1079.2
Pumps etc 1701
Tanks etc 979.7

These are all from the Oil & Gas Journal,

The index is about 6 months behind since it takes time to collect the data. They publish the Refinery index every month, and the itemized indices every quarter.
