nema 4 enclosures with polycarbonate windows

I know that according to UL508, an enclosure must have a polycarbonate window with a UL94-5VA flammability rating. Is this requirement attached in any way to a NEMA 4 rating? In other words, if my NEMA 4 enclosure has an added polycarbonate window that is UL94-V0, is it no longer NEMA 4?
