Net wind pressure coefficient for a roof af an open gable structure.

Dear respected Engineers,
I'm a bit confused regarding what's going to be the wind pressure coefficient for the roof as per ASCE7-05. Consider external wind pressure coefficient -0.9. I'm not sure also whether the external wind coefficient going to be as for the figure attached.
I feel like the net pressure coefficient should be 0.9+0.55 = 1.45 upward suction.
