Hi All,
I need to get NSS (Neutral Salt Spray) testing done on an assembled pulley, with the disc being made from a speroidal graphite cast iron and the shaft being a 431 SS. The real aim is to test for water ingress past the seals and into the bearing, but we would also like to see if we get any significant corrosion of the Disc. I wouldn't expect much pitting of the shaft.
Can anyone give me an indication of the test time I should specifiy for this component?
Thanks
