Neutral Stabilizer for loop operation

I am designing a neutral stabilizer circuit for 13.8kV ,3000A switchgear. We are back feeding the 13.8kV switchgear by from 2400V bus through 5MVA( wye-delta)transformer while open the 13.8kV main breaker from Unit Auxilary Transformer (delta-wye) . Could anyone please let me know is there any problem. I have attached the drawing.
