New feature or bug? NX12

When I select some features (not all) in the part navigator,

then right click and select show or hide, I get this error:

This wasn't the case in NX11. Is this a new misguided feature? Is there a customer default to turn it off? Or is it a bug?

Also, when I use "Immediate Hide", I can only un-hide the selected objects with "Show All" or similar. That has to be a bug.

What exact version are you running ?
I run 12.0.2.9 MP11 and I do not see what you describe.
I just tried creating a intersection curve, then hide/show by selection in the part navigator. works as expected.
There must be some selection option that produces this.

The parent Sketch (94) shows a warning of some sort. It might have something to do with this problem.

For example, a non-closed sketch creating sheet bodies instead of solid ones.

After much poking around, it turns out with the new upgrade this Customer Default was turned off:

Interesting, it is turned on in my installation of NX 12.0.2.9. I guess they switched the default back on at some point.
