I'm an engineer in Florida (I have seen that many others on here are). I started developing calcs for the new statewide stormwater rule that will be going into affect. Just wondering what everybody thinks about it? How will it affect sites? I'm not sure how the transition will go.

It looks like you can't do just wet detention anymore, you'll have to have some dry pretreatment first. Could be challenging in low sites with D soils.

I've attached the preliminary draft handbook for anybody who's interested.

Never heard the term "dry pretreatment" before. What are they referring to? Certainly not a bioswale..?
