We are having and external body surveillance audit for our IATF 16949 certification.
During the audit they issue out that the FMEA format already change.
The one that we do referring to the 4th edition FMEA are invalid.
They said that email being given out about this update on the 3rd June this year.
Are some of you here aware about this?
If not need to update about it before the external audit happens.
