You just did.

It's not a "group" per se, but a forum where people can ask and respond to technical questions and queries.

Once registered you can post and respond to questions. That's about it.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

You can create a "My Forums" list that shows you at a glance when the forums you want to follow have new posts. There's a "Forum List" tab under the "Forums" drop down that, if I remember correctly, lets you build that list.
