new methods of Water net and sewer execution

Hello.
I'm Saman and i'd like to know about new methods of water net and sewer execution.

In my country is still using traditional ways to do it and it wastes water.
I was surfing the net and I didn't find anything useful .

So I'm asking for your help to keep safe our environment .

Thnx for infos. But I'm asking for new methods of execution of water distribution networks and new sewage collection.

For example :
- tracking the trench
- Excavation
- Leading up underneath the pipe with sand & soft soil
- piping
- Leveling soft soil and sand on the pipe
- Back fill
- restoration

This is what we do in our country to execution a sewer .

and I'm asking for your new methods in your country . plz answer my question .I'm zero experience eng. and i'd like to know about new ways and methods ...
