Something new in the wind generation field, but still has the problem of the off and on wind and no big battery. It looks like they will be able to place them closer to the user so the battery wont have to be as big.

"it's 2 to 3 times more efficient. " the video even states 3-4 times more efficient. It also states normal turbines are 50% efficient.
this is scam, windturbines are already reasonably close tot he Betz efficiency limit of about 60%. If you had a "2-3 times" more efficient turbine you had more than 100% efficiency. Good luck with that

Maybe their technology has something, but their marketing strategy to claim 200% efficiency is repulsive.

I think Dyson's new fan is actually an eductor driven by a blower in the base.

I pity the investors that get duped by this stuff.
Hopefully nobody buys one expecting to make a serious amount of energy. Doesn't matter how efficient it is, it's too small to collect enough energy to do much in today's world. At the most 1kWhr per day. Scale it up and the mass of that shroud become totally impractical.
