Since my old Cadkey days, I've always been partial to hot keys, or map keys as Pro-E calls them... I've had almost all of my keys programmed, and even more with the shift, alt, etc. buttons.
Having struggled some trying to find the buttons in the drop-down menus for commonly used commands, I spent some time programming hot keys just as I did in Solidworks. So, the same keys do the equivilant functions that they did in Solidworks, regardless of the steps the software is taking. This would also work for anybody else coming from any other software.
