New TK guarantee.

Dear mates,
What should be a standard time to guarantee a new built API 650 TK to be received from the manufacturer.
Any input will be appreciated.

Depends on what exactly is being guaranteed.... Just leakage ?.... Coatings ? ......Settlement ? ....Lightning protection ?

That´s my question MJCronin, what the manufacturer guarantee after the fabrication is completed and the TK is commissioned.

Usually, the fabricator offers a Warranty, not a Guarantee....it all depends on what is required by the purchaser in the contract.

A typical Warranty: 12 months after commissioning or 18 months after delivery
