New worksheets on my drawing

I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out with this, as it's turning into a real time-killer for me.

Our title block for our drawings contains an area that's set aside for details on the part, specifications of a sort. What I'd like to be able to do is keep my sheet format and template notes blank, and fill them out ONCE per job. Is there any way to add a sheet to a drawing, and have the modified sheet format on Sheet1 copied to Sheet2?

I know my explanation is a bit mangled, I'm hurrying. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Ah, one more thing. We'd rather not clutter up our hard drive space by creating a new template/format for each set of drawings. We were hoping to just use the blank as our template.

I do this by saving the first sheet as a current template.
What I mean by this is that I edit my first sheet to how I would like it, then go to File/Save sheet format and save it as something like Current_Dsize in the Template file.
Then use this template for your additional sheets and edit them accordingly. Whenever I change drawings I just save the current sheet over the template Current_Dsize, it doesn't matter how many times you save over the template.

Another method might be to create a BMP file of your specs. Once this is inserted in a drawing, you have the option to show this on every page. Plus as a BMP, you don't worry about people changing it by accident.

Perhaps save those specs into a block definition, and instance that block onto each sheet.

Last I checked, blocks could not be on the format, though. They would need to be on the sheet.

If the ladies don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

I use custom properties attached to text (a space as a placeholder) on the formats and templates. When I add sheet 2, properties with the same name as on sheet 1 are filled in with the same information.
