Hey Guys (and Gals),

I am new to NX 6.0, and was hoping that someone could possibly point me in the right direction. I am currently using Advanced Analysis for a part I have created. I mated the various parts fine, and used the mate checker as well. I am now stuck in the Analysis section, and was wondering, if there was a how to guide anywhere on this website, or generally online. I just want to apply some force on one side of face, and then see what happens in terms of deformation and stress.

Thanks alot for you help.

Recommended for you

(1) Use the CAST modules for Advanced Simulation
(2) Do the Advanced Simulation Tutorials included in the general Documentation files.

Dear Yugo,
Also if you are a registered user of NX you can visit of GTAC Support Forums using your Webkey to ask advice to experts in simulation, there is plenty of help available to you on the system.

As suggested before, the complete CAST product is quite
comprehensive with nearly 40 courses, very good. If you don't have CAST at your location you can sign up for NX Self-paced Training at
Siemens PLM Software self-paced training is ideal for customers who need to learn (or review) concepts, techniques, and procedures, but need them bite size to support their immediate requirements.

Best regards,
Blas.
