folks,
as per NFPA 11, it is stated that :
7.3.5.1 A reserve supply of foam concentrate sufficient to meet system design requirements shall be provided in
order to put the system back into service after operation.
7.3.5.2 The reserve supply shall be in separate tanks or compartments, in drums or cans on the premises, or available
from an approved outside source within 24 hours.

is it the responsability of vendor to supply the reserve?

Hi,
I don't think so! you need to have a contract in place to ensure you will get the material in your facility within 24 hours if you don't want want to keep it in your warehouse . this material like other chemicals has a shelf life .
