We need to shrinking cylinder liner material Ni-resist 2b and assembly in cylinder bore,but we are not sure this material can dip in liquid nitrogen for shrink it or not. please someone that know very well help us too.

Dry ice in alcohol is warmer and thus sometimes safer than a liquid nitrogen bath.

Ni-Resist will have a fairly large TempCo so you will get quite a bit of size change.
You may not need/want to go that cold. CO2 and alcohol may be a good option.
Have the parts been stress relieved (1200F)? We actually used to give them a stabilization HT (1500F).
They will keep shape better if they have been HT.
