Is it allowed to use Nickel Aluminium Bronze or Aluminium Bronze for any type of hydrocarbons ? May it be benzene, naptha, crude oil etc.

is there any other fluid other than water, air and alkalies that aluminium bronze can handle ?

As below link from Copper association indicates use of Aluminium Bronze for various application however I have not generally come across its uses other than above mentioned.

I have seen NAB and AB used for refined hydrocarbons, but like all Cu alloys you never what to use them where there can be any exposure to H2S or free S.

We used Nickel Aluminium Bronze for an automotive driveline application that was splashed with hydrocarbon gear lubricant (API GL-5).
