NICR-A weld on N06625(GTAW)

Hi Team,

Recently we weld with Nicr-A on N06625 using GTAW but at the end of welding, we found cracks.
So, we grind the crack area & re-weld. But, Crack become worse.

Need before & after weld guide and advise to avoid crack.

Can you tell us what is Nicr-A filler metal? Also, what type of weld?

Exact composition needed, as there are about 200 alloys with names that start with "NICR".
