NIR Light Moisture Meter

I have come across the NIR (Near Infra Red) light moisture meter manufactured by GreCon (

As far as I'm concerned most non destructive moisture meter (pinless) get use of the electrical properties within the wood, such as measuring the dielectric constant. I just wonder if anyone has used such NIR moisture meter and how's the reliability of the technology? Many thanks for your kind feedback.
