Hi, every body!
(the main problem is in the analysis of a stent. But here I simplify the problem)
I have modeled a nitinol cantilever beam in Abaqus(dynamic-explicit).
At the end of the beam, I have a displacement control which pushes down the end. And at the end of the loading step, the boundary is removed and the beam must vibrate freely.
But the problem is when any material other than Nitinol is used, it deforms and then vibrates naturally. But in the case of using Nitinol, the elements detach from each other and it deforms strangely.
Any idea is appreciated.
