no fracture in simulation

Hi,

I am trying to have a tensile test simulation with the ductile damage, but there is no element deletion.

I have already choosen the "STATUS" and "deletion element-yes".

[FEA way]

The two most likely reasons are that STATUS variable is not selected in Result --> Field Output --> Status Variable --> Use status variable or that damage initiation criterion wasn't reached. Try adjusting the values specified under *Damage Initiation, criterion=ductile.
