No of charters

Hi Gurus,

In the title block the description is more than 60 charters. We are entering it in intralink.In the drawing its shows in one line. After that we are manually correcting (short) it to TWO lines.
Its possible to place it in two lines.....what i mean is limiting the charters in a line by 30 and remaining charters in next line.

Take the description and use relations to break it into two strings.
