No projection view icon?

I remember at my old company I had an icon setup that would allow me to make any type of view projection/general/etc. I see the icon in the "commands" list when I right click on a menu, but its always grayed out. I have one icon that allows new general views, but everything else has to be done by clicking on Insert/Drawing View/... I don't remember what date code release of W2 I was using but now I've got M020...

Not a big deal, just kinda liked that icon...

If you have a view selected you can RMB and then create a projection view off of that one.

I'm not sure if there's a button for this in customize, but you can always make a mapkey out of it and create the button on your own.
