how can I make 10 copied parts in an assembly non associative?

I'm afraid you're going have to be more explicit as to exactly what you mean by "non-associative".

i insert the part into the assembly and move-copy the part 10 times.
now i want to trim by plane the one part without changing the others

use the copy option in move component. It is so easy....

Use the geometry linker on the component you want to modify.
