Non-Code stainless vessel what documentation is req'd?

We have three non-code stainless steel vessel's that our customer is wantng to send to the european union. In review all three vessels fall into the Article 3.3 SEP category. Our customer supplies instructions for use. As the manufacturer what do we need to supply (documentation / data plate?) to allow the vessel to enter the EU. We currently do not place anything with our company name on non-code vessels to show us as the manufacturer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
