Hello everybody,
I am new here. Can anybody suggest me materials from ASME Section II, which would be appropriate for designing a non-condensing, closed loop, water tube heater, operating at 248F and 80 PSI. I am looking for something in the Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel metal group. Also, is it possible to design such a system using ASME BPVC Section IV alone or do I need to consider Section VIII?
Thanks in advance for any suggestion or recommendation.
