Non-Three Phase Breakers Question

This is a really basic question and might just be overthinking this but is it possible to have a 2-pole circuit breaker with adjustable LSI settings?

1. YES, most CB manufactures do have LSI settings in their 1,2 and 3-pole in their production.
2. FYI: In case 2-pole breakers are not available, you may use a standard 3-pole breaker wire with say L1 straight through but L2 outgoing wire to L3 incoming terminal, i.e. L2 and L3 in series. There is no change in the setting.
