hello, again!!!

well, i tried to do the substeps, first with 3MPa of pressure, divided into 10 step, and after, 2Mpa, into 15 step...and nothing.

The ANSYS says: LSSOLVE looping is stopped because solution is unconverged and NCNV,1,set.
Also, says that some elements have a Excessive distortion.

I dont know what to do
