LED lights work fine when sharing linear loads however when sharing nonlinear loads they stop working on three phase multiwire branch circuits. The voltage wave form is beautiful however the current wave form becomes a mess with nonlinear loads which the LED lights do not seem to like. Any advice that does not include running new neutrals to all three branch circuits would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you don't want the harmonic hideousness of mass LED fixtures, each and every fixture needs to use Power Factor Correcting LED drivers. Without PFC drivers you're stuck with neutrals and insane current spiking every single power-line cycle. You will need to considerably over-build to support the current harmonics safely. No doubt the PoCo is going to be unhappy too.
