noob question about bearing forces in a gear pair

hello colleagues, i am playing with MSC Adams machinery in order to learn it

...I have a example gear pair with shafts and "bearings". i have applied a torque and a "load" with user input mass

Unfortunately i cannot retrive bearing forces... the values observed are not corresponding to expected :/ What i am doing wrong in the model (i am attaching the export here)

can you guide me to more "in depth" explanations of the machinery and gears applications of MSC Adams
