NORSOK Certification 2

We have a foundry looking to be "NORSOK Certified".
The question is How shall be proceed to get this ? Is there a special process to be followed?

I dont thnik that possible. But try contacting "Norsk standard" - you should find link on the NORSOK web page.

My impression is that the Norsok stds. are only for eqpt put into the North Sea; I may be way off. I do know that it is incredibly stringent and very expensive. I've heard it is levels above ISO 9001 certification.

Are you supplying castings for eqpt. to be installed in the North Sea area??
