NORSOK HX DataSheet

This question is for anyone who has used or is familiar with the NORSOK RDS-019 Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger datasheet in the R-001(Rev 3) Standard. What type of values is expected for the Table on Page 3(This is Page 115 of the PDF) The 4 columns on the sketch sheet table are titled:
Nozzle X Y Z

My initial ideas where either location or design loads, but XYZ implies coordinates to me but my previous experience would expect orientation, radial distance and elevation . I've looked at the Tema and API datasheets and nothing like this is included.

The table you have mentioned is used on several datasheets, like vessels, shell and tube exchangers, tanks. The table is used to represent the co-ordinates of the nozzles location on the equipment on a sketch provided by the fabricator (or user) on top of the page above the table. The datum point is the left hand side tan line and long centreline intersection, giving the distance for X,Y and Z for each nozzle, as listed in the table. Conversely, for vertical vessels, the datum point is the bottom tan line and the vertical centre line intersection.
