NORSOK M-650 Or API Spec 20B - N07718 Forgings

Would any group member happen to know of a forging manufacturer that has either a NORSOK M-650 qualification, or an API Spec 20B qualification, or both, for the manufacture of N07718 forged bars for valve stems? Personal verification of the qualification would be a great bonus. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
