notch toughness test

Hello friends
my customer requirement PWHT, NOTCH TOUGHNESS .
I have welding procedure which have PWHT BUT NO notch toughness test.
please guide me.

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
 
Notch Toughness or Charpy Impact Test is a supplementary essential variable as per Sec-IX when called for by the design code(Sec VIII Div-1 & others).Addition or deletion of an essential variable calls for requalification of procedure.
Thus a new PQR is needed.
If you stick the same PQR regime: same base metal( preferably with same CE), welding consumables, welding parameters, PWHT cycle, [highlight #FCE94F]only an impact test could be used an addendum to the existing PQR.[/highlight].
