Note association/attaching with balloon

Hi,
Can we attach or associate notes with balloons. So if I move any balloon in drawing, the note should move along with it. like we do in Creo/Pro-e.

The "origin tool" will allow you to create associations between annotation objects; menu -> edit -> annotation -> origin.

thank you Cowski. it worked. and I found another shortcut to do it. click and drag the note over the balloon you want to attach, it will create a dotted rectangular boundary, release the click. TADA.
