Nozzle limiting Loads for API-650 Tanks with dia less than 36 meter

I know that Nozzle limiting loads can be calculated as per API-650, Appendix-P. But Appendix-P is applicable for Tanks having diameter greater than 36 meters. Please let me know with API-650 reference, how to calculate Nozzle limiting loads for Tanks having diameter less than 36m.

If I remember correctly, the issue with the 36m was that the technical paper upon which the design is based assumed that thickness was proportional to internal pressure. This is true with large tanks, not so with small tanks.

You can look into WRC 107 or 297 (and there's a third WRC volume that supplants both, I believe.) The catch is that these are intended for vessel use, and may not extend to the t/R ratios used in typical tank work.
