Hello,

I'm evaluating a formula to which I get and answer that is in a complex number.

The number has over 20 digits which is a little difficult to read, thus would like to change it to exponent form. I have beening trying to-do this with the Format > Results options, but with no sucess.

Could someone please tell me how to-do this, its driving me nuts !!

Appears the calculation is set in full precision mode.

For quick solution, double click in the result area and set the number of decimal places and the exponential threshold as desired.

Mathcad have capability to control the display not only for a particular result but also for all results or view the numerical values with full precision.

For details, go to help (F1) and search within Mathcad for Precision Displayed

Look at the help topic "symbolic precision."

Will have a look through the above though not having much luck as yet.

Regards.
