Good afternoon to all.
Let me introduce myself. I'm the IT Manager OF RAM O&G company that make mechanical projects.
Some of mine engineers after a recent update to Windows 10 are facing some issues connected to NX and Isogen-R.
More specifically all the one that had the computer updated, once from NX they try to export a 3D model ( pipes) to isogen for the isometric draw are receiving in reply the error attached that I can resuma a Isogen license server not defined and in NX the withe windows with no plot and the message DWG File not found.
Must been told that Isogen run perfectlty and its server license works well.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

From the message shown in the attached image, i would assume that either a Windows system variable is missing, or a NX variable missing.
when you try export from NX, a number of variables must probably be set such that , for example, the license server is defined.
?

Regards,
Tomas
