When I move the mouse, such an image distortion occurs until I stop the move. How can I fix this problem?

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

Drivers updated.
