And the icons to be fit relatively
To the bar width.

What exactly are you expecting to change automatically to the Icons? The size? or the position?

Actually the ribbon bar will adjust to the width of the NX desktop size. Icons o.o.t.b will remain on the same position relative to the right side of your screen.

OK let's talk about the ribbonbar width
only.

If my desktop taskbar is in the minimu
width possible. Is that mean that the
ribbonbar width is also is in its
minimum width Possible.

Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure that I follow, but it seems like one of you is talking about the dimension in the X direction and the other is talking about the Y direction...

all in the x-direction occupied the full screen
and my interest is the width = the y-direction

The confusion is your use of the word "width". To most people, the "width" of something is measured along the X-direction. What's measured along the Y-direction is referred to as its "height". Is that what you mean, the "height" of the ribbon bar? I guess as an alternative, one could describe it as its "thickness", but personally, I would stick with "height".

"Update For External Change" I am Going to be asked this question. So here goes, what does this command do?

First off, I would recommend that you start a new thread for this topic as it has absolutely nothing to do with the OP's original issue.

That being said, if you DO start a new thread, I'll be glad to give you some insight into the purpose and behavior of this function.

Note that I see that you've already started another thread and that Cowski has basically addressed the issue.

Thank you John. You right its the height
of the ribbon height that I'm talk about.

I usually think in length , width for
shape like a rectangular length and rectangular width.

I think you will find that it's the SIZE of largest icon which determines the 'height' of the Ribbon bar.

Thank you John

I'll play with icons sizes and see the results.
