Hi,
I'm new to NX and i've been having some issues.
I'm trying to model the static loading of a wheel on a train. As well as the loadings and constraints i have specified a surface -surface contact between the wheel and the rail. In a previous solution this worked fine but now it doesn't work. Instead rather than a reaction force forming the wheel penetrates the rail.
I don't understand why this happens. I have attached my files, if anyone could help i would really appreciate it.
