Hi All,

Is there any default limitations to number of characters allowed for part name in Title Block? If yes, how can change it to a larger value?

Hi

Are you working in managed mode? Is there a Database like Teamcenter or Windchill behind your NX?
If that is the case, then the limitation of Characters is set in your database. This you cannot change by yourself.

That depends on if you are using a plain text string for the titleblock information or pulling the information from an attribute or from a PLM system. Plain text strings may have a 132 character limit (could be longer). If using Windchill, the PTC_COMMON_Name that we use in Creo for the drawing title name is limited to 132 characters.
