Has anyone found a way to turn on snap points while dragging objects in the new sketch solver?

I frequently need to relocate threaded holes to be inline with the clearance hole they match with. I used to be able to click and drag the sketch point and snap it to the arc center of the clearance hole in the mating component. This appears to have been removed in the new sketch solver.

I have triple checked my selection filters are "No Selection Filter" and "Entire Assembly"

A (quite annoying) work around appears to be to double click the point, which activates the snap point system. I am then able to select the arc center and the point will snap correctly

Have you tried to use include curve. Then you can snap to it. I am not strong on this new sketcher.
