I have some assemblies with different arrangements. Is there any way to display which arrangement is active or even allert someone that there is alternative arrangements in the assembly. maybe a way to post a note visible in the assembly navigator?

Thanks

OK, I'm not aware of anything short of actually selecting a sub-assembly from the Assembly Navigator, pressing MB3 and placing your cursor over the item titled 'Arrangements' and having the list of available Arrangements pop-up.

However, for getting feedback for the entire Assembly as to which Arrangements are currently in effect for each sub-assembly, that can be done by simply activating the 'Arrangement' column in Assembly Navigator. Just go to some 'white space' in the navigator, press MB3 and place your cursor over the item titled 'Columns' and when the list pops-up, just toggle on 'Arrangement'. Now you will be able to see all of the current Arrangements defined in the Assembly. Note that you select the Column header and even sort the entire Assembly Navigator by the names of the Arrangements.

Anyway, this should help you communicate at least some of what you wanted to people who perhaps are not intimately familiar with how an assembly was originally structured,
