NX 6 VS NX6 64

I am looking in to the feasibility of upgrading to 64 bit vista. Was wondering if any one knew where i can find some bench mark testing done between nx6 and nx6 64?
Also if there is any combatabily issuses if some users are on nx6 32bit and some users use nx6 64bit?

We are using XP64-bit and XP32-bit and have not found any file compatibility issues. There are quite a few driver issues with 64-bit, and I feel that performance may be less but don't have conclusive evidence. The plus side (the only plus?) is access to more memory.
