NX 7.5 Drafting: "NX License Error" 1

Hi all,

I have recently installed NX 7.5 on a educational system with the following specs:

Workstation:
- NX network license
- Win 7 Pro, 64bit

Question:
- Why does the following error message occur when the Modeling\Start\Drafting is lounched?
(all the other modules work just fine)
