[NX 7] Tollerance on 3D dimension

Hi,
we don't have PMI license.
I tried to add tolerance to sketch dimensions, but when I add this dimension on drafting via 'Feature Parameters' command, tolerances aren't added.
It's possible without PMI license, use 3D sketch tolerances imported in drafting and an update if I change tolerances in 3D ?
